Having been disappointed with another live in care agency in the area, I got in touch with Suzanne, the Operations Director. I have to say, Suzanne is exceptional. She is approachable, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to maintaining the highest standards of care. What impressed me most was the time and thought she put into finding the right carer to suit my mother’s individual needs and personality. Nothing ever felt rushed or generic; every decision was made with my mother’s wellbeing at the centre. I was very fussy as to the sort of carer I wanted for my mother and to date, the carers we have had have been pretty much spot on. Suzanne has even popped around to my mother’s herself when I have been on holiday just to make sure things are running smoothly. My brothers and I are truly grateful for the care and support we receive."
