- Local exercise and wellbeing groups

Our aim is to create a relaxed and welcoming space where you can ask questions, access trusted information and explore the support available within your local community.
Expertise Within the Everycare Team
Alongside our guest organisations, our own experienced Everycare team will be on hand to offer guidance and free sessions on:
- Manual handling
- First aid
- Dementia awareness
