We’re pleased to share that we have recently introduced the Whzan Blue Box digital health monitoring system as part of our commitment to providing the highest standard of care. Our priority is always to support people to stay well and remain safely at home.
What Is Whzan?
Whzan is an innovative digital tool used widely across care services and supported by NHS community teams. It allows carers to record key health observations quickly and accurately using a simple tablet-based system.
How It Helps Your Loved One
With Whzan, our carers can monitor important health indicators such as:
- Blood pressure
- Temperature
- Oxygen levels
- Heart rate
- Respiration rate
- Weight
These readings are combined to create an easy-to-understand traffic-light score, helping us spot early signs of illness or changes in wellbeing.
Why We’re Excited About This
- It supports early detection of health concerns
- It improves communication with GPs and community nurses
- It helps reduce unnecessary hospital admissions
- It builds a clearer picture of someone’s health over time
- It enhances safety and reassurance for both clients and families
Our Commitment to Quality Care
Introducing Whzan is part of our ongoing effort to ensure that every client receives proactive, person-centred support. We believe this technology will make a meaningful difference in monitoring health changes and responding quickly when needed.
If you’d like to know more about how Whzan works or how it will be used in your loved one’s care, please don’t hesitate to get in touch, we’d be happy to talk you through it.
